H3 Mentoring = Experience + technology + a little magic thrown in

Business entrepreneurs are not restricted to any industry, the same basic skills and philosophies work across any one. In some areas it is helpful to have some expert knowledge but in very many you don't have to be able to do everything yourself. You would not for example, expect well known celebrities that own airlines to be able to service the planes or even to be able to fly one. Similarly the limo company director is not expected to be able to change a gear box or even a tyre. In other cases the skills can be picked up fairly quickly, or are common between businesses.

Okay, having established that industry experience is not that important, lets look at what Keith has been involved in personally and therefore has a very good knowledge of.

Computers, he was a business systems analyst that could also programme and operate mainframes. Then became the group computer operations manager for a major PLC, next micro computers arrived and he was one of the first in buying computers that run on tape units and buying in disk drives, manufacturing the drive electronics and even spraying and then assembling the drive boxes  in his garage as well as patching the operating system. He wrote the first full multi level coded accounting system and first payroll system that ran on a PC, as well as genetic programmes, farming programmes and many others. He can of course also create websites and internet based transaction processing systems. He developed the friendly systems approach, a variety of different portal models and is one of the leaders in developing the new worldwide Barter 5050 system. He has several companies involved in internet projects and developments.

Photography, at one point he had a chain of professional photographers including marketing franchises. He is currently involved with the development of 3 picture libraries. has a photography training operation and a owns the master franchise of a photo club frabncse. One of his other interests is wildlife photography.

Property dealing, buying, searching, studies..... One of the major roles H3 Search has is in finding investment property for people who are members of some clubs.

Finance and venture capital. He was for a few years a director of an international merchant bank, principally he was involved in venture capital funding deals ranging from the UK, to vast numbers in the USA where he was based, to diamond mining in Australia. His business cards were dark green with metallic gold print, very unusual for the time and across the centre he had printed 'we make millionaires'. This simple action allowed him to arrive anywhere and get to see just about anyone without an appointment. He is currently very involved in the international barter market, in business angel activities and networks.

Company rescues. He ran a business trading as the Chairman's Friend, a confidential consultancy able to go into PLC's with divisions in difficulty and resolve the problems. This was usually done by motivating staff and slight reorganisation, not closing things down or making people redundant.

Writing and publishing. He has written a range of non fiction and two fiction books that have been published, as well as hundreds of pages for magazines, the most recent book he was commissioned to write by a business publisher was on business survival and risk. Initially this was  really liked, but the publisher decided against publishing as the topic and the risks and in particular areas of corruption were too well pointed out. This has recently been converted to become a feature section of the Business Club International members website. He also has a publishing company, that has published books, booklets, correspondence course, packs and more. 

TV production. Keith developed the story line for two TV drama series and was involved in the writing, as well as directing some parts. He also owns a screen actors and extras agency. He had a TV production company but that has now moved into other projects .

PR and media. Keith has been out of the media in recent years but used to frequently go on very many shows and was a frequently featured in the media, one time he was on 9 radio shows in the same day.

Franchise development, Joint venture consortiums, service provision, commissioning, business funding, business angel groups, clubs, presentations to business people and would be business people are part of his every day activities.

This list, in fact only touches the surface, he is the chairman or president of quite a few organisations, a member of others and has been involved in helping people to establish several hundred companies across a very wide topic area, as well as involved in mentoring for many years. Prior to becoming a wealth creator he worked in computing, was at one time the head of a hospital department and at another ran the production control department of a large electronics factory. The list of courses he has attended runs to 5 A4 pages and the courses he has put on to several more. He has a very large private library, and interests in photographing wildlife and is a competent artist.

The second director of H3 Search Ltd  is also a director of many companies, has considerable business knowledge,  both in the UK and USA, forms companies all over the world, handles inter company money transfers between currencies, is a published author, edits websites, has run courses, events, competitions and managed large direct mail campaigns. She has made many media appearances, and was featured around 20 years ago in newspapers from the telegraph to the tabloids as the then youngest female director of an international company. This came about  after she joined one of Keith's companies from college, and within a short period and after some mentoring, she became the company secretary and then financial director of the company, later running her own computer training company, and moving on to hold many other directorships over the years since. She is not directly involved in H3 Mentoring, spending most of her time managing a number of other companies.
