Mid August Update The prediction below, has not turned to be too far out. Maybe at this time we are a week or two behind where we predicted, but this mostly due to a property move. I addition a number of new ventures have been developed and are up and running. With the activities in the gulf and concern about terrorism, plus disruptions caused we have not developed the group mentoring programme in the USA we had hoped to so far. We anticipate over the next 6 months, less apprentices from the USA but more from Britain. Keith's main concentration this year, as predicted, has been and continues to be the expansion and further development of ABAN and the ABAN plus club. This is well ahead of projections, with a range of new sections developed and franchises starting to be added now, 4 months before it was anticipated. Business Club International is about where predicted, in time scale terms but a lot more has been added in, and closer working arrangements with ABAN and others cemented, with a gateway system developed that allows each to view sections of each others member information. Some parts that were to be run as JVC's have now been changed over to franchises, with very small entry costs. Picture Libraries are a little behind, partly due to holding back on some parts and partly through the decision to look again at some parts being franchisable. A limited number of additional mentoring apprentices can be taken on at present, and many opportunities exist that are not able to be realized at present. No mentoring apprentice have not met the high success targets that was agreed at the outset, amongst those who completed the project as agreed. Previously - 2006 - how we see the year
A little later comes several new picture libraries, one of these will be massive and based on a JVC model but with many other opportunities as well. BCI will start to have local branches (New relaunched under expanded model Sept to Oct) and expansion will be rapid. The barter operation, and a wide range of matching databases and the role out across the UK of the barter operation will all be connected with BCI. But the bartering operation may not start this year. At the same time BCI and the barter currency operation will start opening up in other countries. The Unicorn Fellowship is starting a consortium approach to handling more apprentices under its mentoring scheme and H3 Mentoring will be running the first of these groups to establish the model. The Worldwide Library should be unwrapping developments by October and new portals and methods of using the internet should be announced soon after by Atlantis Virtual World and Knowledge Base Publications. Besides this we are in touch with very many other developments that we cannot mention publicly yet. As far as new apprentices are concerned a number of these developments and the expansion in the need for a wide range of services under the service provision arrangements, as well as others we don't want to explain here, open up considerable scope, particularly for the first few projects where rapid cash generation is important. |
